F.A.Q.

Frequently Asked Questions

Website Design

Do you accept payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are available for most branding and website projects. This allows you to invest in your business in a way that feels manageable and aligned with your budget. Payment schedules are discussed upfront so expectations are clear before any work begins.

The most we can split payments is increments of 3 months set to autopay.

Do you design websites for WordPress, Wix, or other platforms?

Yes. I primarily work with WordPress, but I also support other platforms when they make sense for your business. Platform recommendations are always based on usability, scalability, and long-term flexibility.

I will always suggest self-hosted WordPress above all other platforms.

Will my website be mobile-friendly and SEO-ready?

Absolutely. Every website is designed to look great on all devices and includes foundational SEO best practices, such as optimized structure, metadata, and image handling.

Can you redesign my existing website or do you only build from scratch?

Both. I often work with existing websites that need refinement, restructuring, or a visual refresh, as well as brand-new builds for businesses starting fresh.

Do you help with website content or just the design?

I support both. While you may provide some content, I help shape structure, flow, and messaging so your website feels clear, cohesive, and aligned with your brand.

What if I already have hosting or a domain?

That’s perfectly fine. I can work with your existing setup or guide you through making updates if changes are needed for performance or scalability.

We do insist that clients are aware when we “go live” on their own hosting, we may run into issues.

If you’re curious about the hosting services we vouch for, please let us know.

How long does a website design project take?

Timelines vary based on the size and scope of the project, but most website design projects are completed within 4–6 weeks. This includes strategy, design, revisions, and launch. Projects may take longer if additional pages, custom features, or extended feedback timelines are involved.

Clear communication and timely content help keep everything moving smoothly.

Brand Design

What does brand design actually include?

Brand design goes beyond a logo. It includes your visual identity as a whole — colors, fonts, imagery, layout, and how everything works together to create a consistent, recognizable look across your website, social media, and marketing materials.

We try to provide all files you’l need to be successful which includes editable files, multiple orientations and color configurations, fonts, and brand guideline.

How long does a brand design project take?

Timelines vary based on scope, but most brand design projects take several weeks from start to finish. This allows time for thoughtful development, collaboration, and refinement rather than rushed decisions.

Clients can expect first drafts to arrive within 2-3 weeks of paymenet.

What does the brand design process typically look like?

The process starts with a brand questionnaire from you. Based upon your answers, we get to work with audience perception, client wishes/preferences, and design feedback.

After we come up with three unique concepts, we present you our first draft. These will be fully lived-in concepts and able to mix and match. We go into Round 2 of revisions based on client feedback.

After 3 Rounds of revisions, client will be given final design files or go to an hourly rate of $95/hr for additional design work.

What’s the difference between a logo and a full brand identity suite?

A logo is one element. A brand identity suite includes colors, typography, imagery, layout style, and guidelines that ensure consistency across everything you create.

Will my brand design work across print and digital platforms?

Yes. Brand design is created with flexibility in mind, so it translates seamlessly across websites, social media, print materials, and future applications.
