A collaborative partnership with TLC Marketing

The Challenge

The Literacy Council Gulf Coast plays a vital role in supporting adult and family literacy across Southwest Florida. As their programs expanded, their existing website no longer reflected the depth of their impact, the clarity of their services, or the ease of access their community needed. The organization required a digital presence that felt welcoming, trustworthy, and mission-driven—while also being easy for staff to maintain and update.

In addition, the website needed to serve multiple audiences at once: learners, families, donors, volunteers, and community partners. Clear navigation, thoughtful storytelling, and strong accessibility were non-negotiable.

The Partnership

Decelle Branding partnered with TLC Marketing & Creative Services, Inc, who brought strategic insight, content support, and marketing coordination to the project. Together, our teams worked closely with the Literacy Council Gulf Coast to ensure the website reflected both their heart and their operational needs.

This collaborative approach allowed strategy, content, and design to move forward cohesively—no silos, no guesswork.

The Process

We began with discovery sessions to understand the Literacy Council’s programs, goals, and day-to-day realities. From there, Decelle Branding led the website design and structure with a focus on:

  • Clear, intuitive navigation for diverse audiences

  • A warm, approachable visual style aligned with the organization’s mission

  • Thoughtful content hierarchy to spotlight programs, impact, and ways to get involved

  • Mobile-friendly design to ensure accessibility across devices

TLC Marketing & Creative Services, Inc supported messaging alignment and ensured the site worked in tandem with broader outreach and marketing efforts. Throughout the process, collaboration and transparency were key—feedback loops were intentional, and decisions were rooted in real user needs.

The Result

The final website is a clean, engaging, and purpose-driven platform that clearly communicates the Literacy Council Gulf Coast’s mission and services. Visitors can now easily understand who they serve, how to participate, and why literacy matters—without feeling overwhelmed.

Key outcomes included:

  • Improved clarity around programs and services

  • A more professional and trustworthy digital presence

  • Easier navigation for learners, donors, and volunteers

  • A flexible website structure designed to grow with the organization

Most importantly, the new site supports the Literacy Council’s ongoing work by making their resources more accessible to the community they serve.

Why It Worked

This project succeeded because it was rooted in collaboration. By combining Decelle Branding’s web design expertise with TLC Marketing & Creative Service’s strategic support—and centering the Literacy Council’s mission at every step—we created a website that doesn’t just look good, but works hard for a cause that matters.

We can’t wait to feature your project too!
